He holds a PhD in education economics from the Sorbonne university and specializes in the calculation and production of educational quality indicators. Jean-Pierre Jarousse worked at the heart of main education systems in sub-Saharan Africa and the Maghreb and trained many of their senior executives

Mohammed Chérif DIARRAExpert in finance and educational planning
Mohammed Diarra started his career as a teacher in Mali before joining the University of Louisiana in the USA. Back in Mali after a PhD in education economics, he devoted himself to the training of Malian teachers and to the analysis of sector policies on behalf of USAID before joining the Association for the Development of Education in Africa, where he worked on the financing of education in African countries. He continued his career working for UNESCO, the African Union and other key stakeholders in support of education in Africa, with a focus on teaching and systems analysis, and numerous publications

Michel TROQUETExpert in Higher and STEM Education
Michel Troquet is Emeritus University Professor and directed the Institute for Science Engineering at Clermont Ferrand University from 1991 to 2001 as well as the Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Marseille until 2007. He served as representative and advisor for numerous organisations in France and abroad. In France, he was Member of the Commission des Titres d’ingénieur and expert for the AERES since its creation. This position led him to work on the development of school evaluation procedures and the integration of quality process within institutions. At European level, he has been part, since 2004, of Bologna Promoters, is evaluator for the Erasmus + program and is an expert for the European Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Michel Troquet also committed in the International Conference of French-speaking Engineers and Technicians Titles which he directed for a long time before chairing the Scientific Council of the AUF. Finally, Michel Troquet has conducted numerous missions to South America and Eastern Europe.
