Bernard Gossot

Expert in special education and children with special needs

Teacher, teacher trainer, inspector and General inspector of National Education, Bernard Gossot specializes in adapting and integrating special needs children at school. Within the central administration, he led the Division for innovation at the Department for Evaluation, Prospective and Performance and conducted numerous assessment missions and international support for integration of Children with Special Needs. He is one of the authors of the law of 11 February 2005 for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of people with disabilities, on a global level, with a deep knowledge of associations and advocacy

Mohammed Diarra started his career as a teacher in Mali before joining the University of Louisiana in the USA. Back in Mali after a PhD in education economics, he devoted himself to the training of Malian teachers and to the analysis of sector policies on behalf of USAID before joining the Association for the Development of Education in Africa, where he worked on the financing of education in African countries. He continued his career working for UNESCO, the African Union and other key stakeholders in support of education in Africa, with a focus on teaching and systems analysis, and numerous publications

Said Belkachla began his career as a teacher before joining the headquarters of the Moroccan Ministry of Education. As a member of the UNESCO Institute of Statistics for 10 years, he coordinated the production of education statistics for Arab and sub-Saharan countries. He continued his career at UNESCO in Beirut offices and Khartoum, which he directed, and is currently an international consultant

Benoit Blandin is an international expert specialized in French sign language teaching and training. Thanks to his renown inter-personal and teaching skills, he provides services in France and abroad for adults but also in schools with students, teachers and teacher trainers. Benoit Blandin participates in numerous European networks and is aware of the best practices for specialized education of vulnerable groups, including deaf children

Michel TROQUET

Michel TROQUET

Expert in Higher and STEM Education

Michel Troquet is Emeritus University Professor and directed the Institute for Science Engineering at Clermont Ferrand University from 1991 to 2001 as well as the Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Marseille until 2007. He served as representative and advisor for numerous organisations in France and abroad. In France, he was Member of the Commission des Titres d’ingénieur and expert for the AERES since its creation. This position led him to work on the development of school evaluation procedures and the integration of quality process within institutions. At European level, he has been part, since 2004, of Bologna Promoters, is evaluator for the Erasmus + program and is an expert for the European Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. Michel Troquet also committed in the International Conference of French-speaking Engineers and Technicians Titles which he directed for a long time before chairing the Scientific Council of the AUF. Finally, Michel Troquet has conducted numerous missions to South America and Eastern Europe.
